厂拌热再生设备就是将旧沥青路面经过翻挖后运回拌和厂，再集中破碎，根据路面不同层次的质量要求，进行配比设计，确定旧沥青混合料的添加比例，再生剂、新沥青材料、新集料等在拌和机中按一定比例重新拌和成新的混合料，从而获得优良的再生沥青混凝土，铺筑成再生沥青路面。
我厂生产的”稳泰”沥青混合料厂拌热再生设备具有稳定可靠、技术先进、加热安全、计量等特点；回收料烧损、蓝烟排放、附加污染等指标，达到并超过国家标准；其Zui大热再生料添加比例可以达到 50% ，达到国际水准，是强制间歇式沥青混合料搅拌设备用户的选择，为您创造的经济效益！
1、冷料系统：
        两组独立的冷料仓，单仓容量 18 吨。
        仓顶设有无料报警灯和防超限料进入料斗的隔网，仓壁装有振动器，同时针对旧沥青回收料流动性差的特点，设有特殊结构的破拱装置，以保证物料输送流畅。
2、皮带给料机：
        采用变频调速和斗门开度双重控制给料量。挡边输送带，防止料溢出。配有无料检测和报警装置，通过传输信号和报警灯及时通知上料。
3、上料皮带输送机：
        配有刮料器和紧急拉线开关。
         为防止超规格再生料进入设备，专门配备一套冷料振动筛，可及时去除大料和杂物。
         4、加热系统：
         采用顺流式加热方式，具有特殊的内部结构，能充分利用热能，防止热料与筒壁及提料叶片的粘连，并能有效的防止沥青老化，烧损；加热充分均匀，具有良好的使用性能。
         5、燃烧器：
        进口燃烧器，采用压缩空气雾化。
         特殊燃烧火焰，轻油重油两用。
         配有重油预热系统。
         再生料烘干加热温度控制：采用进口红外线测温仪，使温度控制在± 50C 范围之内
6、再生料提升机： 
         采用耐磨环链斗式提升机，具有防倒转的逆止装置。
7、热料仓：
         热料过渡仓：大容量，采用进口传感器控制连续料位。采用进口红外线测温仪。
         8、热再生料计量斗：
         采用进口传感器控制称量，计量精度达到国家标准。称量、放料采用进口气缸和电控阀。
         过渡仓，计量斗，溜道均采用导热油加热保温，以保证再生料流通顺畅。
9、除尘系统：
         引风除尘装置：采用特殊结构风机，能有效防止油烟与风机叶片的粘结。为达到环保要求，热再生干燥滚筒产生的蓝烟不直接排入大气，而是经过烟道进入沥青搅拌设备主机干燥滚筒进行二次燃烧以彻底消除有害废气，利国、利民、利已。
         10、控制系统：
         沥青再生设备控制系统，采用无按钮操作控制，可实现全自动和手动控制操作。
         动态显示生产工艺流程，人性化的控制界面，故障报警显示。
         主要电气元件均选用国际知名品牌。采用了 PROFIBUS 现场总线标准技术，可方便地与国内外各种型号的沥青搅拌设备控制系统接口。

1, cold material system:
